Just focus in getting quality backlinks. You can gain your backlinks by doing off page optimization. Like directory submission and forum posting. Seems Goggle frequently index link in forums. But be sure you need to interact with the community.
you can increase your page rank by related blog commenting, directory submission and social bookmarking..
In order to get high PR value, engaging on the techniques such as forum posting, blog commenting, article and directory submissions, classified ads, press release, online groups, link exchange and social bookmarking helps. Just make sure to get quality of back links. Quality is better than quantity right?
Google only updates your PR every 3 months so it doesn't matter how many backlinks you add now, it can't change until google next updates. PR doesn't really relate to traffic, revenue or rankings, its just something for webmasters to jerk off over. Focus on building targeted traffic to your website. Would you rather have money coming in or a high page rank?
First of all you make a user friendly site, place good meta content then you can do social bookmarking, directory submission, articel submission, etc.
And why would you even want to bother with that. Page rank has nothing to do with SERP's, rather focus on your SERP's ranking than pr.
High PR Backlinks can only help you to get high PR and Blog Commenting and paid links are the best option for that.
That's completely false. Page Rank tells how important a page is for Google. There is no chance that Google will remove this,
One word. "Content" and quality content is even better! You could do everything mentioned in this thread and traffic and maybe page rank will rise - for some time. But eventually without good content your site's new traffic surge won't keep up and you'll have to start over. If you don't want to lose all the hard work you plan on doing to build traffic to your site just remember that in the end the net is 1 thing and 1 thing only - content. And if your site doesn't provide it traffic will always be a problem. You'd be surprised how adding just 1 or 2 good articles a week can help! Best of luck. Patrick
