Is there ANY way to get rss feed from sites that have no built in rss-feed, or they do not offer rss feed voluntarily.
I was thinking of a way to get it from google-indexed titles but I am not sure if that possible at all?

You're out of luck. If the website owner doesn't provide a feed, perhaps they could set one up if you ask nicely. :p

However, if you feel that you must have the ability to access a feed of their website, you can hire someone to write a website scraper that will crawl their website and convert their pages into a feed. You may be able to hire someone on the forums or at GetAFreelancer or some other freelancing website.

Its also known as scrapping, its black hat, but it works. I have a friend, who is a custom software developer, he'll fix you up with script to do the job
