important question : In wars the winners have the right to take all the loser land ??

    if two countries entered a war
    there willl be a winner and loser
    do the winner country have the right to take the land of the loser country and kick the civilians out of their land ??

    My personal opinion yes winners have the right to occupy the country

    I don't believe they have the "right" to take it, but because they won wtf can you do? lol

    Maybe kick them back out when your stronger?:D

    • usually wars between countries are because of land. (except for latin america: football! )
    • as toopac said, taking the land is not a right but just what happens, and if the war is not on land. in all of history, everywhere.
    • in the case where the attacking side lost, it is only natural that it will lose some land. and if he attacked to completely destroy the other side, it is ok if he gets destroyed himself. Later, he can cry on the internet for 100 years ;)

    i think there were rules setup that the winner does not have the right to takeover private property. if i am not wrong these rule changes were put in place in response of what hitler did. but i am not sure about this

    Doesn't it depend on the religion of the people? Doesn't International law say white people and Christians should always keep their land?

    Well, in History, it seemed that it was just among the "spoils of war'' to take the loser's land. Now, I doubt that land would be taken with the way we occupy it.
