    Hi,

I have recently downloaded Internet Explorer 7 and found it similar in a way to Firefox (tabs etc)

Has anyone else got any views on IE 7?

    Thanks

I may be the only one around who likes IE7 :)

Many of the bugs were fixed in Beta 3. There still are a few. Other than that, I like it :)

I downloaded Beta 3, but I find that it seems to take longer for a page to load with IE 7 than IE 6 and Firefox, anyone else notice that? or maybe not....

No, I really like IE3 and its tabbing, it is bound to be bashed by many no matter what they bring out, but a thumbs up from me, I have been using it for a few months and Beta3 is certainly getting better.

IE 7 is far better than IE6...I use firefox but IE is only frowned upon because IE6 was released in 2001! Jeez give IE7 a break...and Mozilla 2 will be 'crap'. If anything use Opera. IE7 will more than likely be better than Mozilla Firefox 2. Opera is very good!

IE7 beta three is a great browser. Faster, uses less resources than FF, and has less bugs. I can't wait for the final product.

Still favor firefox by a long shot. I never have errors with firefox and all of the extensions are very helpfull. I download ie7 to test out some of my websites and it's still horrible. Also I'm use to browsing without ads and pop ups... I just don't like IE.

I have not tried ie7 beta 3 yet. When I used beta 1 it was horrible. From reading the other post it looks like ie7 beta 3 is tons better. I will have to give it a shot.

It's nice to see IE catchup with the more advanced browsers (FF and Opera), this can only make the other browers push for more features to gain browser-share.

My only gripe with IE 7 is it still doesn't comply to standards... ho hum...

IE7 is my favourite browser at the moment. Nice small toolbars at the top, nice menu for the favourites, and tabbing. Like it better then Firefox :D

downloaded an early Beta of IE7, but it didn't work very well for me...Once bitten twice shy. Mind you, I'll probaly revert to it if Firefox2 is a pile of old rubbish
