    Pretty good, but looks a little too commercial for a blog. Try adding a bit of personal flare. Around the header. :)

    What CMS did you use? Is it wordpress?

    The standalone Home link on top looks odd, it will be better if you add more buttons.

    The blog was good in template and layout and it has a unique content too.It was fine in loading and overall it is well organised.

    Thanx :) Mate its not a custom plugin, you can download this plugin for the wordpress plugin directory, the name of the plugin is "SexyBookmarks"...! You can try searching Sexy Bookmarks or SexyBookmarks... Hope this helps... :)
