Based on the great response to the following thread, I thought I would give this a shot.

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=120837&highlight=kitten

My brother is getting a new puppy - just born five days ago, so we have a few weeks till he actually gets him. He is a Boxer.

The name for this puppy is up for serious debate among my brother and I. I thought I would give you a few of our ideas, and see if any of you can help us pick one of the names, or come up with a new one!

    1. Hank (brother's choice)
    2. Bosky (brother's choice)
    3. Hammer (brother's choice)
    4. Champ (brother's choice)
    5. Roderick (my choice)
    6. Gaynor (my favorite choice)
    7. Mosely (my choice)
    8. Sugar Ray (my second favorite choice) - Get it, boxer / Sugar Ray Leonard?
    9. Brody (my choice)

I am attaching a picture of the little guy. Thanks for any suggestions you may come up with!

    I have three dogs

    1) Buzo

    2) Scissor

    3) Brownie

If you like any then you can keep them

I personally like the name Caesar for my dog but many feel offended

    All the best

    I like Mosely the best

speaking from experience, I wish I'd named my first dog based on her personality, I should have named her Mooch

I have an 11-yr-old Boston Terrier, whom I love endlessly. She has been in congestive heart failure for the past year, and is responding WONDERFULLY to her treatment and medication; but I have spent literally THOUSDANDS within the last year to diagnose and treat her.

    WORTH EVERY DIME, THOUGH!

Thanks, Jakomo. My brother and I have gone through many, many sites. I want to hear actual opinions from members - not just a web site with a neverending list of possible dog names. I thought people may make suggestions based on what he looks like - thus, the posted picture.

I had a Cavalier King Charles named Sebastian was a great name for a dog. Though when my fiance left she took the dog and gave it back to the breeder even though it was all in my name!

    Not happy!

I think it is funny and what I always wanted to do, when someone has a fluffy woosy dog and give it a mean name and when people give big mean dogs wossy girly names like "Fluffy", "Princess" etc

hey that thread about the kitten was mine and helped, allot.
i think this is kinda cool what your doing here with this thread.
some names my dogs had were...

    bandit
    jaxx
    penny
and my son had a beagle when he was 5 he named it all on his own
    " Byron butter bean"

i tell you what i ended up giving that $350 dog away free because i could not stand that bark!!!!

    lol
    beagles are like wine
you need to absolutely love it to have it
