Buying Need HTML Design to Wordpress

I need an HTML design turned into a Wordpress theme. Here is the design:

This design would be the FRONT PAGE. As you can see, it's all summaries.

Inner pages would looked the same except the top gray-ish/black area would be one larger image relating to the page/article, the right "recent" section would recent articles in that category, or for pages, popular articles or an editable section.

For the bottom white area, article/page content would be on the left, sidebar on the right. Sidebar would be slightly grayish like the background color for the "articles" images"

Notes: The articles images will change to fit categories. I am making these. Design around them.

Footer to appear on all pages, and be widgetized.

Sidebar to be widgetized.
