I am the owner of FileRevenue.com just a few updates to share with you all!

I added a bunch of new offers that pay from 30-75 cents each. Offers now rotate randomly to make sure every offer is equally filled out.

We pay every 30th of the month (net 30) via paypal.

Just keep in mind, YOU will not be credited for every download. Heres why: If the user is not located in a supported AREA(such as china) or if they have already completed all the offers in our system they will not be counted as a lead so do not get worried if you do not have an even ratio.
