    Actually if by "replica boots" you mean fake designer boots, that's against the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy:

    If, on the other hand, by "replica boots" you mean boot sculptures or plush stuffed boot toys you should be fine.

    If you mean replica by knock offs then none will accept you because of charge back risk and custom regulations. If they are not knock offs then use paypal they handle international payment proccess.
