How to verify an Indian Paypal??

i have been trying to verify my paypal for months now and i cant seem to do it. i have a savings account in federal bank. but my debit card has been declined. is there any bank whose debit card is supported by paypal. also can some1 plz tell me an easy way to verify paypal without using vcc

Well, you can't use your Debit card to verify your account.
You need a valid credit card in order to do so.

also i heard hdfc netsafe can verify paypal. is this still valid? is there any risks in using it? also one person has offered to sell me vcc for 300rs via bank transaction. should i go for it? what are risks of using hdfc or any other vcc?

That depends upon you on how you use your PayPal account.

If you are doing business with good people then no problem.
Otherwise if there are lots of chargebacks then you will be in problem.

People say that SBI yuva card also works in paypal personally havent used it though

verfied with others VCC is not a legit think, if you have a account with SBI, then you can apply for yuva card,
Through yuva debit card. you can easily verfied your PP acc

 

Yes, VCC is not a solution, but you can find, some other, things to get verified.

If you want to deal with Paypal safe and secure. Obtain a Credit card, form the same HDFC, its easily be provided.

well u r wrong on that one. its very difficult to get credit card here. there are many many formalities. the funny thing is when i asked about credit card, Federal bank, simply ignored me and said its very difficult and there is no need, while hdfc told they dont provide this in my area.

we have no options left. i mailed paypal about this and those idiots are telling me how to verify paypal with credit card
