    Revenue Details

    Revenue:

-you can easily make over $1,000 a month with this website if use all of the features to their full potential

There are so many great ways to make money with this site and it is a huge income potential. I am currently selling a $9.95 Ebook and a $4.95 digital list of over 100 of America's Largest Homes. (address, owner)
    You can make money through:

    1. Google Adsense

    2. Homes of the Rich Ebook (which is included with the purchase)

    3. List of America's Mega Mansions (which is included with the purchase)

    4. Direct Advertising - 125x125 ads / Text Link Ads

    5. (New Feature) The Featured Listings Section was just added to Homes of the Rich for $350. It is similar to Problogger's Job Board. Realtors can post their listings in the Featured Listings Section for a fee of $50 and for 30 days. After 30 days, their listing is deleted. You can make alot of money with this feature. All you have to do is email realtors and ask them if they would like to show their listings to over 30,000 visitors (my monthly traffic) for a small fee of $50 (not that much to a realtor). Say you got 20 realtors a month to do this, that would be $1,000 a month just from that!!

well, I said I make $200 a month. (my clickthrough rate is very low, you could probably monetize the site better than I can and probably make 5 times as much a month) I really dont monetize my site and I haven't used all of its features to their full potential.

The website comes equipped with a $400 feature called "Featured Listings" as I said. If you could get 25 realtors a month to post a listing, that would be $1,050 alone. So far, I have not contacted any realtors nor promote the feature at all.

Also included is a 60 page slideshow of America's Mega Mansions and a list of over 100 of America's Largest Homes (which no really has done before), which could yield you a big return as well.

Plus the whole "network" thing adds value to it. It has branding power.

$10,000 is a little too much for such a poorly designed website. Maybe you can hold on to it a while longer, increase the revenue to $1,000/month and then sell it. Or try Flippa.com
