You cannot get high PR by chance. Building quality backlinks and fresh unique contents regularly (based on some specific niche) are the key factors of gaining high positions in SERPs.

try putting a video on your site with your targeted keywords in the title. then distribute to video directories. it will provide good links and increase conversions
