    You cant help this

If a person doesnt want to see the ads he will block it..

On tv if some1 one doesnt want to see ads they will just change the channel its part of the game

None of you looked at my blog post. It is up to the user if they want to block (as you can) the ad but my workaround works for Adblock plus. Look at my previous post.

why dont you all find advertisers and use text links and banners instead of adsense?

ads are annoying and the popups slow down my computer
and alot of ads have viruses

no, i actually don't think google cares much for people who block ads. they are running a script on the ad load too which makes it easy for adblocking software to block it. contextual advertising is the true solution to this problem.

Rite now the volume of blockeed ads is less but in future it could be high so its a potential threat to adsense in large

The reason why ppl use adblock is unwanted pop ups which carries malicious virus and files, What browsers like FF and rest should do is block those pop up any how. Other wise i don't see any reason why ppl need ad block.

Are you joking me your a jerk! People work hours and the entire family income is dependent on a blog or website and your going to take away clicking one ad an visiting a site from them? Seriously would you rather have them on welfare?

If your an Internet marketer then you should never use somthing like this, it is disgusting people use it at all! Just like downloading mp3's for free i dont do it because guess what people work hard to make money on that.

What you going to see is this. People going to make you pay to subscribe to their blog or make it so you have to do a CPA offer which im seeing more and more of. Thanks ad block for making the internet cost more to use.

FFS, talk about generalization, what has piracy and illegal torrent sites got to do with Ad Block plus?
People that promote and or use pop under ads should be sent to the gallows in my opinion.

Me to, I have used it for ages, one of the reasons I don't use chrome that much is because it does not support Ad Block Plus "Yet"... When it does (and it will) I will use it more often.

    OMFG, Dude, are you serious?
Can you provide the statistics of people that visit your site and have Ad Block installed?
If the few people that use Ad Block Plus and visit your site are going to force you on to welfare, then you need to rethink your business plan.
What about the people that visit your site without Ad Block Plus and still don't click on an ad?
What are you going to do if Google decide to not allow anyone that leaches a domain and hosting off them to display ads?

Another generalization, how is downloading an MP3 like using an ad blocker?

No need to thank Ad block for it, payed subscription sites do it because they believe their content is good enough to attract paying customers.
Those that pay for the subscription do so because they believe the content is worth it.
Those that don't pay, don't think its worth it.

If you think your content is good enough to attract paying customers, then do it, but don't use Ad Block plus as your excuse.

    Sharing my opinion.

    Cheers
    James

It's peoples own decision if they wanna use adsense or not, if the internet econmic goes down, we all will survive, because internet has not all ways existed, and you haven't answered to how you can link warez, with adblocking.

Man you are just full of funny!

"along with all the computers at best buy"

No actually they don't, even if their computers came pre-installed with Firefox, I can guarantee it wouldn't be installed on their computers.

It's up to the manufacturer to decide what goes on the computer and almost always its Internet explorer.

For anyone that says they hate adblocking programs, find a more creative way to advertise! Adblock rocks!

Mabey i should start getting paid to write fake reviews and lie. Yep thats what ill do.

Here are the options of making money blogging.

    -Adsense
    -Text link ads
    -Affiliate
    -paid reviews
    -WTS ads

I like to do adsense because if i had right ad placement which i do i have done hours of research on adsense placment where the eyes land and color of the ads ect. The problem i had is this... People want somthing for nothing. People feel the world owes them stuff and they feel this and that. Truth of this most people are freeloaders and with the internet if people only shop at big companies like Ebay, amazon ect smaller guys like me will be pushed out.

Take a look my adsense placment tell me if you find somthing wrong with it i would like to know.

Sometimes people are irritated by those sites that has no contents but ads, ads in every corner of the page even in the middle of the post story. I know its sound bias as I have an adsense account too, but people have their own preference let them decide if they will use that, at the end you can't do anything with that. And regards with the browser I love FF, much faster and lots of plugins.
