Of course its possible. Just go around searching for a high paying keyword and you'll find advertisers paying high $$ per click. Its a different matter that I haven't earned so much from a single click but I'm definitely positive that there are such high paying keywords.

With high paying niches like insurance, stocks, mesothelioma, loan etc. you find it very hard to get traffic and in turn get the clicks. It is better to target easy to rank keywords...

It is possible. But very difficult to get traffic in that niche. Patience is the key. If you find the keyword, you need to wait for the visitors to click on the ads :) Good luck!

yes it is possible, getting high paying keyword only 10% of the story, the other 90% is how to drive traffic to your site is the real challenge..

Is it possible? Yes it is possible... But the chances of you receiving 21 dollar per click is very low. With recession and layoffs the competition in adsense is very low to begin with. But there are high paying keywords we can find in Adwords.
If you have a good website with lot of conversion in high paying keywords like real estate it is possible. But the traffic must be from US.

Then pressing the Print Screen button and posting it to a image host shouldn't be a problem. I guarantee he won't do that though -- because he is lying through his teeth.

If I was telling this to a friend of mine, I wouldn't have said a word, I would have sent a link to a screenshot.

As they say, a picture says 1000 words.

And I just did some research into the niche you said -- Apartments for rent -- the highest paying advertiser is only $3.04, for "apartment rental agencies" -- so unless google is paying him 700% of the advertisers bid instead of the much lower percentage they pay the rest of us.... Well I think you can figure out the rest.
