Having a unique content to your site is a good way. Plus promote it by doing off page optimization. And doing social bookmarking submission is the fastest to get indexed.
The fastest way to get indexed is to have a website with high level of indexing rate and high PR. You just add a link there to a new content and it will be indexed in a few hours.
Add a Blog to Your Site. Because Google loves blogs and indexes them quickly, you can expect them to take notice of your blog and your site very quickly.
I agree with monfis. Addurl is not enough to be indexed shortly. It is just a way to tell Google that there's a new page. But it is not obvious that Google crawler starts indexing your site immidietly.
Sure it is a way to be indexed. But any unique conent couldn't help anybody to index shortly any page of the website if that website has no quality links. BTW, if some page has unique content and is not indexed somebody can stole this content and put it on his site with a huge amount of backlinks and this newer page vecome indexed faster then the first one...And some more, it will rank higher then the first one...
