It takes a lot of work and effort to build traffic to a site - and you're not going to do it in a month. Competitive niches like insurance can take a year or more. You site is also hard to understand and portions do not make sense. You should either write a blog in your native language or hire someone who is fluent in English to rewrite the content if you are targeting native speakers. You need quality related sites to link to your site. The better the content, the easier it is to do.

It's not the theme that is the problem. The problem is that the content was obviously written by a non-native English speaker - it is hard to read, follow - and some parts just don't make any sense.
oh really to make understand about insurance me using simple english and what about the site feel? is it clumpsy?

The theme or color scheme is not what everyone is advising to change. Its the actual content. (the words on your site) You need to have someone rewrite the content, so that it is a "easy read" for your visitors.
