    I will try again.
This time for "MEGA dummies". Here below will be the 3rd 4th and 5th times I try to answer your questions, the last times.

In 1900, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1917, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1933, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1950, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1960, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1970, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1980, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 1990, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 2000, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 2001, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 2005, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?
In 2009, Turkey was 100% muslim, agreed?

In order for the muslim part to decrease, Christians needs to immigrate to Turkey, and the Christian part need to consequently decrease. Agreed?
    But this never happened. Agreed?
So Turkey always remained 100% muslim. Agree?

    AGREED?

To explain WHY this never happened, I said:
because turkey is poor. Not only that Christians (or others) have no reason to come to a poor place, even a huge fraction of the (muslim, of course) Turks left in the recent 15 years for a better life someplace else. And no, it was not Saudi Arabia but Germany Switzerland France and the USA.

This is why turkey always was and still is a 100% muslim nation.

    Another approach to explain you:
    Mathematically, given:
    1) No influx of people,
    2) only an outflux of peopl.
    3) Initial Condition = 100% muslim.
we solve the equation for the future and get: 100% muslim! . TOTALLY INDEPENDENT OF THE EXISTENCE OR INEXISTENCE OF LAWS TO TOWARD RELIGIONS. Eh. Complicated, eh?

    Understand so far?
    Understand so far?

If you still don't understand my answer as given again above to your question
"if so can you tell me then why 99% of Turkey are Muslims despite there is no such law?"
only allah can help you. Nothing less than allah can help you.

Good. I will try to make a step further now. If your brain is overloaded already please stop reading here and think about the above. If not:

The tolerance of the Turks to other religions (in non-negligible quantities) in their own country was never put to the test (Armenians, please excuse me, I don't want Imad to be distracted from the main points). But nevertheless I am sure that if put to the test, Turkey will score better than the Arabs. The most intolerant not only to other religions but also to themselves.

    Understand so far?

    Good.

Absolutely not. I asked why non-muslims are not allowed to enter mecca, and didn't get an answer but a picture of the pope in Amman and a vague statement that "this is a place of worship" instead. no shit. I thought its a night club. Due to your inability to answer, I had to answer myself:
Here I meant also for Mecca and Medina. It is valid also in their case, of course.
This is why the pope was not invited to mecca but could enter just a nice mosque in Amman. But i'm not the pope, so I couldn't even enter Al-Aqsa.
I know you don't understand, but nevermind....

The Ottoman Empire was, in principle, tolerant towards Christians and Jews (the "Ahl Al-Kitab", or "People of the Book", according to the Qu'ran) but not towards the polytheists, in accordance with the Sharia law. Such tolerance was subject to a non-Muslim tax, the Jizya.

In 1461 Sultan Mehmed II established the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople. Previously, the Byzantines considered the Armenian Church as heretical and thus did not allow them to build churches inside the walls of Constantinople. In 1492, when the Muslims and Sephardic Jews were expelled from Spain during the Spanish Inquisition, the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II sent his fleet under Kemal Reis to save them and granted the refugees the right to settle in the Ottoman Empire.
The state's relationship with the Greek Orthodox Church was largely peaceful, and recurrent oppressive measures taken against the Greek church were a deviation from generally established practice.

In 1900 There was no country called Turkey, It was Ottoman Empire that had citizens from different religions including Jews.

In 1917 There was no country called Turkey, It was Ottoman Empire that had citizens from different religions including Jews.

In 1933 Turkey was not a Muslim country, it was a secular and democratic country that gave its citizens to chose and practice their religions with freedom.

In 1950 Turkey was not a Muslim country, even though the majority of the population was muslim, muslim people were not allowed to practice their religion, were not allowed to learn Qur'an and go to the mosques freely. World famous Hagia Sophia ( Ayasofya Muzesi ) was turned into a Museum after serving people as a Mosque for centruies.

In 1960 Turkey was not a Muslim country, but a democratic (!) country which was free for only non-religious people.

in 1970 Turkey was not a Muslim country, but a democratic and secular country that was developing and starting to treat its citizens equally.

in 1980 Turkey was not a Muslim country, but a democratic and secular country that was developing and starting to treat its citizens equally.

in 1990 Turkey was not a Muslim country, but a developed democratic and secular country that treated its citizens equally.

in 2000 Turkey was not a Muslim country, but a well developed democratic and secular country that treated its citizens equally.

in 2009 Turkey IS NOT a Muslim country but a well developed and respected democratic and secular country that treats its citizens equally and also work hard for the world peace.

They are allowed to enter by a Visa.

The Visa is to convert to Islam.

Whatever is your position, you have to seek the Gold Visa to go there.

    OMG!

    Chaos, are you drunk?

browntwn said 100% of Saudi Arabia is Muslim, because they have a law that prohibit them from changing their faith? good so far?

he been asked how can he explain that 99% of Turkey is Muslim? when there is no law that prohibit them from changing their faith? good so far?

you came in and volunteered to answer, and said, because:

They are poor so nothing to incentive non-Muslims to come and visit them or live there! and for the same reason (being poor) 15% of the Turks immigrated to other parts of the world.

try to forget Turkey, your mind got stuck on that point, take it on any Muslim anywhere where there is no law that prohibit them from changing their faith, including the Turks who immigrated from Turkey as you claimed, why do they stay Muslims despite there is no law that prohibit them from changing their faith?

your comment is OK if the question was, why no non-Muslim go to live in Turkey (not that there aren't, there are)?

Ottoman Empire is not Turkey, it is much much bigger than Turkey, and it included parts where the majority were non-Muslims, this is a proof that Ottoman empire was tolerant towards non-Muslims, and not the contrary.

again, browntwon implied that Muslims in Saudi Arabia are Muslims, because they have a law (as he claimed) that prohibit them from changing faith.

see the point, Muslims are Muslims, because they are not allowed to change their faith.
how about the other 1,275,000,000 Muslims who live outside Saudi Arabia without such a law? why they are Muslims?

so browntwn theory failed, but you are trying to twist and divert that point, without actually answering the original question.

got it? I hope so, because after that I really do not know what else I can say to make it easier for you to comprehend.

the correct part of the above is "I asked why non-muslims are not allowed to enter mecca" yes truly you asked that :D I m glad you have something correct at last! congratulations, it is a start.

wrong here, you got an answer, the two cities are places for worshiping for Muslims, no non-Muslim are allowed to enter there because they have nothing to do there, they are not a tourist destination, no casinos, night clubs, or beaches, there, got the idea? why would a non-Muslim want to go there? what would he do there? only worshiping there all year long,

you answered yourself, another correct part, and said in asking accent, because Muslims are afraid non-Muslims would spread disease!

wrong again, if Muslims think that non-Muslims are a disease source, they would never allow them to enter any Mosque! not a single mosque.

you failed to get even that point above, and the picture, Muslim welcome non-Muslims in any Mosque, except in Mecca and Medina cos these two holy cities, sacred, no embassies there, not even embassies for Muslim countries, nothing there that is non-related to anything else than serving the primilige, during all year, Muslim from all over the world visit these two cities, to do Umrah or Hajj, worshiping, not tourism.

imad, imad, imad, there are many people who practice Islam freely by choice. C'mon you do get that we are talking about the intolerant nature of Muslim countries toward people of other religions ** you know, the thread topic ** The point is when Islam is in charge of counties they are intolerant of other religions. You aren't seriously denying this are you?

Anyway, I merely cited Saudi Arabia as one example since it is so clear and indefensible. Feel free to look at virtually every single country where Islam dominates like you own.

    What is the punch line?

now the other example you have is Jordan? right? so speak, how is the situation in Jordan?

edit: glad you got back to the topic of tolerance, as a Jew, can you explain why Christians in the illegal state of Israel are treated in such a bad way, despite all the aid Christian nations give to the illegal state of Israel:

How the Jews Treat Christians in Israel?

and can you explain how Muslim Palestinians kept excellent relations with Christians as the quote below by a Christian shows, and were not effected with the fact that Christian nations (specifically in West) support Israelis illegal occupation?

A lot of wishful turkish nationalist propaganda! The Ottoman empire has never been tolerant toward the non muslims. Since you are turk can you explain please what "dish huck" means (sorry if it is misspelled)?

I'll help you. There was a law that gave rights to Turks to sleep and eat for free in many of the countries they conquered. Plus the owner of the home had to pay the Turkish "guests" the "dish huck tax" because the Turk was wearing down his teeth with the "infidels" food. Free food on top you get paid to eat (provided you are turk).

They never told you in Turkey that for a very long time the support of the Ottoman army was generated by the so called "Blood Tax". Which meant: Every year Turkish soldiers were going and forcefully taking young boys as young as 4-5 years old to be trained for the Ottoman Army and the same children when grown up were later sent to fight against their own country men if they happened to rise up against the Ottomans or disobeyng the sultan.
Ask any Hungarian or anybody from east Europe. It is well documented.
Not to mention the standart kidnappings of young girls for the harems of the Turkish beys (don't know the spell of that one).

The Ottoman Empire was nothing, but one of the most disgusting happening in the History of human kind.

Very nice try to twist the reality.

I am spreading the truth how oppressors are practicing their evil beliefs on others.
If I can for example prevent even one child from the hands of a pedofile, that will make me happy. Aparantly people like you like to stick with the dogmas of the past and don't want to change for the better.

don't get depressed now, I know it is so embarrassing for you,
(do I have to put sarcasm tags above?)

you could have just said: "oh sorry I got it wrong, he meant a totally different forum that is about religion, not P&R section, thank you Imad for making it clear for me" :p

but you insisted on wrong, and made a sarcasm to show you got it correct, when you did not, take it easy, everybody make misunderstandings or mistakes, but not everybody pretend that they got it correctly, when they did not.
