Google finally decided to give me a sitelink after it showed the sitelink in GWT, but I do not think many will search my domain name, so now what? Can I have other sitelinks anyway?
Site links depends on internal links,So if you have good IA it is very easy to index google sitelinks.
Google Webmaster guidelines Design and content guidelines Make a site with a clear hierarchy and text links. Every page should be reachable from at least one static text link.
Did the two people above me even read his question? Neither of your answers had ANYTHING to do with what the original poster asked.... Why does it seem people just answer with useless generic answers to increase post count and spam their sig links..... Anyway, to answer the ACTUAL question of the original post. You are correct, not many people will search for you by your domain name, so having site links for that keyword is not very useful. Yes, you can have site links for multiple searches, I know from personal experience, as I have a site with sitelinks for over a dozen keywords. In my experience you get sitelinks for competitive terms for being number 1 for the term for a long period of time, and also being much more optimized for the term than any of your competitors. And to danion and thenapa -- try actually reading the question before 'answering'.
WunschShrek, thanks for replying, I still have a question, if I have an inner page ranks the first, can I still have sitelinks? Thanks again.
Site link is based on google algorithm so there's no way for you to give keywords that will show your sitelinks.
