I have linked my Adwords account to Google Analytics and using the auto tracking am able to track my Adwords in the Traffic Sources section of Analytics. I would also like to be able to follow these PPC hits in the Navigation Summary of the Content section - that is, I can see where people are navigating within the website in the Navigation Summary, but I would like to distinguish paid from non-paid traffic there. Can someone help me out?

for navigation summary analysis for ppc campaigns, you can create specific custom reports for navigation analysis.

I figured out how to do it:

In the top right corner of Analytics under "Advanced Segments" you can choose "paid search traffic"

    voila!
