Selling Content, press release, article directory with adsense income $100/month

month ago i have not isntalled adsense on the website. i have adsense there if i am not mistaken for couple weeks, more over - i had just one simple small block there, thern i changed it a week ago and installed block inside articles to see earnings. because a lot of guys ask adsense earnings.

should i explain what "one small block" is?

why you said i lost my mind? i think always 10x month revenue is ok. at current earnings (of caurse it does not mean that they remain constant) $400 is 1.5x month revenue. so you want me to think that 1.5x month revenue is fair price? don't believe it

Well you are not making steady income. You only show income for 2 weeks, wait a month or two and show that the income is constant and it would be a different story. You are not going to get anywhere near 1500 for a site that only shows income for 2 weeks

Also I agree 10x monthly income is fine but only when you can prove that the income is steady.

 

i said that i am ok to listed to offers don't repeat $1500 so many times. it's just a number

if i won't sell it probably i will wait, no problem with that. now i am not in a hurry with sale.

i doubt i can say that content is unique. i guess everyone do understand well that article directory could not have unique content. but in the case of article directory i don't see any big reason that this should matter. i does'n not affect me to have good uv numbers and earn on adsense.

 

start-ups tend to get a LOT less than 12 month income.

If you hold onto the site for a few more months, I think you may increase its value, besides, whats the logic with selling it in the middle of a global recession?

I could easily create a website and sell something and make $2 in the next hour, does that mean that the website makes $1440/month ($2/hour)?

I would be very careful with this transaction, both the potential buyer and the seller.

it's absolutely my choise - to sell during recession or not. what - should we stop making world better place just because that crisis? it's just lame excuse.

no that will not be as it will be you are unstable traffic clicking. i have stable traffic currently (over 500uv). yes, that's true that website and adsense installation is not old. possible that i will keep it. i consider that option as well.

you should be careful with every transaction you make you should careful when you cook as well. and when you drive your car. and even go to sleep

nice site, constant income. thought it's not so old - it shows constant traffic. actually traffic is growing. for last week there was no day when UV is less than 720 visitors.

Getting a little testy over people asking about earnings? I believe that person in particular was pointing out that you stated you put adsense on two weeks ago yet only show a week's worth of earnings. They were asking for the earnings to date which are NOT in your original posting. Not too much to ask and certainly not worth you getting all high and mighty when you yourself obviously could not read enough to understand what was being said and asked.

10x revenue is reserved for established sites with well established revenues, not sites that mysteriously started earning. Sites with small earnings are lucky to get 5-6 months revenue but usually only end up with 2-3. $400 is a damn fair price for a site that does not show consistent earnings over a period of months, mysteriously increased its earnings, and not real established.

Isn't 1k close enough to your asking price? Would seem to me if you really had such offers you'd have sold.

moreover i am asking a way less than 10x of revenue. 10x of revenue is $2600. I have no problem with waiting and relisting it in 2 month for instance yestrerday's earnings - $11 why should i sell it even for $1k? and in two months someone will point againt - dude, you was selling it 2 month before for $1500 and now wanting $3k or whatever price will be

the word scammer in English is made for the guys like you who try to cheat in deals.

if you want to put this in public ok:

this man wanted to buy website - sent money. received website from me. i was max helpfull.
than he opened a claim to paypal. reason for that was as he said - i did not warn him that for adsense account in india (he's from india) website must be 6 month old. that's was his reason for claim to money back. as i understood - he just wanted to get all the content and just put everything on other domain to save money. he wrote bullshit to paypal that i don't reply him though i am very often online and available at DP here or email - he did not write me that time.

now he's "willing" to buy more websites from me. i strongly recommend no to deal with this guy - he will get your content and then just making fake claim will return his money.
