WPmonk Wordpress Theme Site

WPmonk is a WordPress themes club. We (a team of 2 persons) sell our WordPress templates individually, and also as a membership (which is still under construction).

Our club membership includes customer support, a download area, resource files. But we offer free theme updates for all purchases.

At this moment there's only one theme available called hypowired, but we plan adding one theme each month. In fact the second one is almost finished.

I would like to get some feedback from you regarding this site. Things you should change, other things you really like or something like that. Every bit helps, also what should you do to advertise a site like this.

Sorry if I ask you so many questions lol, but I think it's better to ask some pro's, if you can help me out a bit you would make me a happy person

ps: Some elements are still a little buggy e.g. the flir doesn't work at this moment on the home page this because we transfered the site to a dv extreme of (mt)

Overall it looks fabulous, good job. The main site looks great.

 

This is a very good and professional website everything looks perfect. No changes needed now just try to concentrate on SEO

It looks professional.

The only minus point is that their are maybe too much colors, which makes it a bit messy at the first impression.

 

1. I see "Please Login" at the top right corner of the site. Is it a link to login or just a reminder to guest to login?
2. In FAQ section there is no questions. I guess site is pretty new hence no question, but you can post some normal question or expected questions there.
3. I feel "Support" is not the exact word meant to be there. It should be "Log in" right?

 

1. when you click it you're able to put your info to login. But only ppl who purchased a theme have logins. You can't register for free

2. we just switched to another server and therefore we need to add the questions again.
Ppl will be able to ask their own questions but that's still in development and so they get added automatic when we answered them

3. the support page is a forum to ask questions related to installing the theme etc. It's only available for member that's why you get the inlog screen. It's protected so normal ppl can't view it.

Do you feel this is not clear these 3 aspects and how would you fix this?

Professional design but the background is not familier. On my suggestion, you can change with "black" color.

 

thanks for the info but I do not argee with the last thing. Not everything needs to be black-white contrast

very good and professional web site everything looks perfect.

 

Every thing is perfect but for three things

1) add some articles to the FAQ sections
2)fix the footer in the FAQ section ... the link dont seem to working.
3)This one might just be me but your site exactly isnt super fast. it loads .... delay ... full load. get rid of the delay

 

1) yea we had some questions & answers already but when we switched to (mt) they were gone (I added them again)
2) fixed that, thanks for reporting that
3) You're not the only one others also said this was an issue however I'm not sure what I can do about it. We just switched to (mt) extreme. And I optimized the site for faster loading times.

Yeah. It crashes my Opera 9 when I scroll down the page. I have to restart Opera everytime I scroll

Other than that, the design is great.

 

that's strange, I have opera myself and I don't seem to have this problem

 

at the first look its look great.....nice themes, and very professional site..... keep going....
