Refer to the license that you've receive. Some allowed you to resell it and some do not. - Dynashox -
With PLR, you have the right to make any changes you want to make to the product and you can put your name on it as the creator. But not limited to resell it if your don't have the written permission from owner.
The license types vary. Few come with master reseller, reseller or no resell rights. Master reseller rights allow your to sell and your buyers can even resell them. Resell rights allow to sell but your buyers cannot resell them. If you do not have resell rights, you cannot sell them 'as is' to any one, but can rewrite/modify as you wish and can claim that you are the creator and can determine your own resell rights and can sell off. If we look at the Wikipedia definition: Private label rights is a concept similar to reselling, but the merchant is permitted to modify the product to fit his or her needs. Typical PLR products are articles, reports, eBooks, and autoresponders. This kind of content is used for the purpose of allowing multiple buyers to invest in the content with free rein to alter and use it by claiming authorship of it. It is typically used in online affiliate marketing systems. The operative words are "free rein" and "multiple buyers" - so YES you can resell it. This is being done everyday with article membership and content sites. You buy the product and it is yours to do with what you like. Once it is plr the originator has relinquished all rights to the content. Simple really, this is the purpose of it, common content. I can write one hundred articles and sell them. Once I have done that I no longer have any rights to them. Hence, the term, PLR private label rights. Unless I stipulate by some form of license, if none, then I have no right to them, the purchaser now does. If you didn't get any license then you can assume the plr is free for you to do what you like. Wikipedia again:- While Private Label Rights allow the purchaser to modify the content, the right to modify and redistribute PLR is not always limitless. Each provider will have different rules. Some require the buyer to modify the PLR content, while others do not.
