Low impressions with Adsense

I have noticed having a small number of impressions compared to my traffic, and I am wondering about how many people is actually blocking the ads. ¿Did you experienced something like that?

 

Are these google analytic stats ur comparing with ??

 

Ye, I know. I got 10k pageviews daily and Google shows just 5k.
I'd say 25% of my audience is blocking ads, the rest 25% is just a page without ads.

 

hmm well I did nothing, and still my Firefox block adSense ads display.

I have noticed very aggressive google ads (2 boxers) making ugly sound a few weeks ago. Since I am internet marketer and I am interesting in the ads texts, placements, etc. to learn something I never blocked the ads. But when this campaing started (there was a lot of these ads on many pages I visited) I decided to use the blocker. I am really not interested to hear "bum, bum, bum" when reading article or some text on a page.

I believe that there may be significant number of people who decided to block ads thanks this aggressive campaign.

 

Higher number of ads will never attract the visitors. On the contrary, it only drives them out of the site. It is better to decrease the number of ads to the minimum possible and place them at important places...

 

Higher no of ads will also decrease your CPC.

Experiment with different positions and see which position on your page gets maximum clicks.

AS for less impressions blame it on Ad Block Plus add ons

I think that would be good for us.. if user use blocking ads to their browser.. that mean they didn't want to look at ads and they wouldn't bother to click the ads either. That great for us, by doing this it would increase our % CTR and increase our earnings..

There is usually a big difference between your Adsense impressions and analytics stats.
