    The site receives no traffic, as it's brand new. It's in the singing niche which is lucrative, yet not competitive. The site was designed by me and the content is 100% unique.

    As a bonus with the purchase are 10 keywords that get some searches, but have low competition. You can use these to write your first ten articles and start making some money! Just one quick sale and the site has already paid for itself (you get paid $63.82 per sale).

    This website is a beautiful set up for a beginner who wants to get their feet wet in internet/affiliate marketing, but don't know how to create a website, write a presell copy, choose a niche, do keyword research, etc. I'm selling it because I have a $95 iPhone bill coming up in a week and I'm in desperate need for money.

    I did that on purpose. I don't want my ClickBank stats being flooded from DP clicking my affiliate link. All you have to do is change the URL in the included PHP file.
