I have a Indian Unverified Paypal a/c. I have 500$ sending limit. is it for 1 month or year or lifetime?? and if i send a mass payment of 10 cents to 10 ppl. will they be charged fees in their a/c??
its ur one time limit , unverified users have got 500$ sending / withdrawing limits and sending as a gift will not charge them fee.
Verify your account, get a cc as soon as possible. no one trust an unverified account holder. It is for your safety and business.
As far as my knowledge sending limit is for lifetime limit until you verified yourself in paypal. Withdrawal limit based on monthly limit. DON.
Thank You all who replied. but still i didnt get my answer if i send a MASS PAYMENT(VIA mass payment option) will they b charged fees?? i heard tht they arnt charged fees. if they r charged , is there any other method where they must not be charged fees (other than gifts)
As far a i know, there are no fees to the persons who recieve the money, you pay 1 $ fee to paypal for mass pay

it depends on what type of account it is.. the the reciever's account is business, all the 10 cents will go to the paypal pockets
You can send money via mass pay with business or premier accounts only. personal accounts do not have this privilege
