Compare my last and new test template?

i need your suggustions
i have making my new template these days. currently this is installed http://alisoft7.blogspot.com and new one is here http://alisoft77.blogspot.com
compare both of them, which is best one?

They both looked messed up,
but between those I'd go for the first one, a bit clearer.

 

I would go with the first one as well. The second one all uses the same color. There's no contrast. The first one at least has a banner with a design to it.

 

I like header from the old one but the rest from new one

 

The old one, but the code could be a little cleaner.

thanks first you atleast review. actually, basically i m not developer.. but somehow trying my level best to reduce the errors. my old blog mess up on IE6 , that really created problem for me.. now i m planning for hire any developer for debugging my old one. with all your suggestion...can i any one know? how should i validate the errors online? is there any possiblity
