Income
As you can tell, I have been focusing more on creating this website then the income, so the income for this website is $0/month

After you login, you have the option of creating four posts, a question, article (automatically featured on front page) blog, private message, suggestion, and quote. Every time you click on a title (question, blog, article) you are redirected to where the content is posted, as well as comments. They are also tips on how to give the perfect advice when you are leaving comments.


Profile
Every member has their own profile.
Friends, messaging, comments, rating, user points, are all enable for the users.


Registration
To encourage members to register, they are "benefits" block on the main page, that lists all the benefits of joining the website.


Help
Members sometimes get confused, they are a help page that explains everything on the website.


Front Page
As you can see, the front page is where all the content is.
Questions just asked, article, poll, info, recent comments, new members, top members and categories.


Categories
The advices are categorized by eleven categories. When a user asks a question, they have the option of categorizing their question into the respective category. Every category has their own respective icon.


Advertising

More Info
Just asked block that shows on every question, has the latest questions asked by the users So the member does not constantly need to go to the homepage, to answer a new question.


Social Network Features
As well as other social networks you can invite, message, etc. with other people. Create blogs, write articles, comment on various of articles, etc.


Advertisement
Ads are completely controlled, whether you want an ad on the footer or not. You can add as many advertisements as you want. Little or a few (all in the backend)

Is your asking price in pesos or...? Seriously though, your asking price is way off and possible entered by mistake, please confirm the BIN on this site.

 

Wow, looking at the site stats, only about 1.5 thousand unique visitors per month! I have a site getting me over 2,000 uniques and making me about $20 per day. I would still never expect one offer on it for $20,000! Especially since your site is not making any income. The site itself isn't bad, but a more fair price, in my opinion, if you want it to sell would be between $150-$350 maybe. No bid from me unless price is lowered heavily.

Why? More money was invested in the site, so I would actually be losing money.

 

Just a piece of advice, you might want to do some research regarding website sales. Theres no way your selling a site with no income and only 1.5k uniques for anywhere near 20k

these "what is my site worth" calculators usually rate your website thousands of dollars over what it is. Check what it says yours is worth. You would need your monthly visitors per second to get 20k

 

I wouldn't even say that is accurate. Just checked my top site and it said $109538.1 USD for value. If I were to sell it, I can't imagine being able to get offers more than 5-6 thousand (not that I am trying to sell it, though). The design is fine of this site, but it is clear that it is worth nowhere near asking price. I don't see how much money it could have taken to put up a site like that. You really need to recalculate it's value if you want offers...
