Buying Dirt cheap hosting

    For one page index page and 4 other files. Not a lot of traffic.

    As cheap as possible. Very small budget. Probably only need the hosting for 6 months. Looking for a payment upfront for the whole 6 months option if possible.

    PM if more detail needed.
