The time it takes a website to experience an increase in Google Rank depends on many factors. Build back links from websites, forums, blogs, and link directory websites. No one truly knows when Google will make an update to re-evaluate the PageRank rating of all website. Most of the time Google makes updates to the PageRank database every few months.
Hello Friend, I think that you can get PR after three months but you should spent more time for your website and in the right way of link building like article submission, directory submission, blog creation and forums posting.
Start good on page and of page work and google will do the rest, For SEO's according Google will update PR with in 3 months but can't say exact time. it's not necessary you will get only PR 1 in first update you can get more then 1 PR
It actually takes quite a while. I checked on a couple sites including my blog, and it looks like it takes about two months to get a page rank assigned to your page. Pages get cached, and much indexed faster than this and perhaps they also have a pagerank. Google only updates the pagerank that their toolbar shows every few months. I did my test using google toolbar, and firefox pagerankstatus.
