I started a blog about three weeks back. I am new to this stuff, although I know a lot a computers and the internet. I did almost everything one needs to do to generate traffic. I've been getting about 20 to 30 visits every day and my CTR is 1.25%. Please tell me how can I improve it, should I change the template? I can write tons of this content, please tell me frankly if I can really make some money from this blog or is it hopeless? Any comments would be appreciated. All Things Tech
I agree with the post above. The design/theme needs some work. Also, I think you should use a fluid theme instead of a fixed.
You layout is nice.. very simple and readable. Problem is your theme.. it's supposed to be about tech.
your header rather confusing me, i think, the tech website must be have related with anything about tech, not about sport. IMHO
What makes you qualified to do this blog? That's where you should start with getting more traffic. People usually don't want just some guy who knows techie stuff they want some level of credential. Eventually the blog can be your credential but not yet. Review more products.
you are starting 30 visit is not so bad. You need just more and better information, did you write the articles? or are you just copying and pasting it? you need you own url, a good one, and maybe shake more your site on lists and forums maybe with a simple article. regards...
hell it is a nice blog if you want to go hardcore follow these steps 1) dont use blogger - Use wordpress and get a real domain name. 2)don't use your name in the domain name .... that is how you get creepy people. overall i think the blog is great. nice design and great content the title does not really suit the blog maybe "tech tricks" would be a better title or something similar good luck
Thank you, I just switched from the previous theme. Looks like this is a good one. Tweaking it right now. @ All, please take another look at the site, how is it looking now? Its not exactly a tech theme,but I couldn't find better.
