    Hey guys,

Probaby you might have heard this in news.Barack Obama announced that the DIWALI celebrations will take place in White House.I guess this has never happened before.A great moment indeed. It feels great Obama embracing all races of people and treating everyone fairly.

    So what do you think?

I'm not sure about the plans but it is said that Obama himself is participating in the celebrations which no US president has ever done before :)

Very interesting - specially to learn that it was former president George W Bush, who started the tradition of celebrating Diwali at the White House, but never personally participated in the celebrations, leaving his top administration officials to grace the occasion.
