Yes there is no harm in submitting the same article in different article submission sites as the article has an author bio which states that the article published in various sites is written by the same author.
why not you submit in blogs from different locations. search group of blogs and send them your articles they will post, search engine index soon and you will get 100% profit.
I don't think you need same articles on different article directory, best you submit one unique article in ezine if they do not approve then you may submit more 1-2 high pr site.
Of course, but the thing is Google hate duplicate content, and some articles directory is strict with the index. They may require u to submit unqiue content!
