Selling Arcade Website - U$250-300 per month, 96% SE Traffic , Adsense

I'm selling one very established Mario Arcade Site .

The revenue is growing it used to be U$170 . Now it is earning 240 just from Adsense. And one box advertisement at Game Page is always sold for private Ads. Zero mainantance is required.

Usually I dont comment but I would like to make a couple of observations in this case.

1.which month did you earn $240? or is that your projection of what Octobers earnings might be?
2.I think you are calculating so far ahead as to what your site might potentially earn,that you have totally unrealistic expectations of its current value

I would be stunned if you would get more than a grand for this

 

You should take more attention for the info at stats, it is simple, most of sellers, put a pop-up ads or adbrite ads together with adsense, put a lot of arcade traffic/banner exchange , than they show the earnings 500U$ a month, and sell for 5000U$. You should look the potential of site, if i want to i could put some ads/banner exchange now and earn U$500. But this wouldn't be a quality site that has a 26% Bounce rate, with 6 minutes avg time.

Other important thing, one thing is to sell the site for 10 times revenue, if it is a blog, that you need to update daily and spend time or something that you need to stay all the time looking at adwords to see if it is being profitable.

A established site, with quality traffic source, not crazy ads ( full page, surveys, traffic banner exchanges) that don't take your time daily. It is a very established, that you will just pay a shared hosting.

Common, i already see sites like this one, being 30 months paid. If you don't is because you didn't saw or you can't view the difference between a quality site and a annoying one.

 

Well since your already discussing it, your site is not valued on what it MIGHT make, its valued on what it is currently making. I can sell you a site I just created and say you could make $5 million a year on it! that doesn't make it worth anymore than it's CURRENTLY is worth. If you want to sell it based on it making 500 per month then bring the site to that level and then sell it.

 

I agree with lovinglife. If your site can earn the money that you are asking then you need to take your site to those levels.

 

If you show me an arcade site that sells for 30 months its revenue, I'd be shocked. Also, your BIN price is not 15 months of revenue, it's more like 22 months.

 

The highest bid is U$2500, the bin price is what i think it is valued. I don't wan't to put an annoying pop-up or survey lock as cpalead. Anyone now that is simple to put a pop-up. And earn around U$3-5 extra per day with 6k pageview per day. Anyway, 15 months would be a good offer for both parts, i expect something around U$2800-3500 . If i don't get it, i will just not sell.

If anyway here have a site with 97% traffic from SE, and doesn't not put pop-up and cpalead. I will buy for 15 months revenue.

 

Where is the $2500 bid from? The highest bid I see at Flippa is $700, and no one has bid in this thread. You've already been caught overstating your income, so it's difficult to take you at your word about private bids.

If you want to buy every site available on here that doesn't use pop-ups or CPALead for less than 15 months revenue, you are going to be very busy buying sites for a long time.

 

I just don`t care, if you don`t want to buy for this price, ok. Show me one site, that you have adsense earnings and is not illegal, i can`t find one

I received two different offers from flippa , one for U$2000 other U$2500. You should understand that i really think that this site have an U$3000 value.

I'm also updating the images from adsense, as you see the site is still growing , 10 days , 7,8U$/day avg, this is almost U$240.

 

the biggest problem is, normal ad network pay cpm 0,01 - 0,03 for brazil traffic. i think site is overpriced, you show us stats from 3 month and ask a price for 20 month

 

PM bids at Flippa are explicitly forbidden. Unless they bid on the actual auction, I'm still suspicious.
