It's pretty much good for nothing - when was the last time you've ever seen a .biz show up in results?

than i make 7 post in a day, than make feedburner acc, than submit sitemap, than ping in pingoat, than submit it to digg

and until now, the site has not indexed.

it is too late than others my own domain that always indexed less than 3 hours after digg it.

I would prob stick with .com, but those things you did wont get you indexed that quickly. I think digg links are nofolllow now.

Try submitting to more social bookmarking sites and doing some article submissions and follow blog commenting to get indexed.

Originally thought the .biz domain was only to be used for business websites but not you can do pretty much anything on it just like .com or .net. There really isn't any SEO benefits of the .biz TLD by itself but compared to .com is will rank lower as .com is better.

    I have www.buykamagra.biz

Type in Buy Kamagra in google.com and I am 1st page , position 5 or 6 not to sure, and I am on page 1 and 2 for a few other keywords, domain tlds dont really make a difference to SEO aslong as you put the work in.

It might me a bit harder to rank a .biz but it is still possible to rank!

If the keyword you are targeting is in the domain, there is a slight benefit.

For new sites, one may have to wait for days or even weeks before they get index or get listed in SERPs. Sometime is needed for new sites to rank/index in SERPs.

Domain extensions only matter when we are optimizing sites for country specific searches: other than that, all domain extensions are treated equally.

Wow you have no idea what you're talking about. Domain's do play a big part in SEO. Having the keyword in the title of your domain is 10x better than without and also for SEO purposes you should stick with a .com or .org. I found these to rank the easiest for me.

i litrally dont think it matters about the domain when it comes to ranking in the serps. .biz are not very good from a branding perspective. Everyone thinks of .com's , .net's nothing else these days

The first choice is always .com, if you can't get it, a .biz is okay.

I have seem some .biz rank well too, some even better than a .com.

Many people will say the domain extension has no effect on SEO.

That's the way it should be, but I've done SEO for so long and I know that certain extensions are more responsive to the SERP's especially when ranking on Google.

I'm not sure why that is, but I have ranked more .com's top 10 than anything else, then it would be .edu, .net and .org, .biz, .us, and finally .info

let us make little experiment about it

honestly, i never been buy domain .com,
i have used domain .net and .info

i will registerd again domain .com today,
be same action with domain .biz i have.

today, i will buy domain .com

reporting my experiment next less than 36 hours
because i must make the content (the longer and lazier activity)

waiting this thread yap : )

I'll never believe that search engines aren't impartial to some extensions. Think of it this way - .info and .biz have been around since the early 2000s (2001 I think)...there's been plenty of time for them to perform in the past 9 years, yet you still hardly ever see them appearing in SERPs.
