Yes it's against the Adsense ToS. If it really bothers you, you can click the "Ads By Google" link on that web page and report them.
it's just not worth breaking the terms.. i never get why people do.. you get caught eventually..google arn't daft
Report this immediately to the Internet Police for further investigation. Until then focus on things that actually effect you directly.

I'm not sure they collected $. Usually adsense waits until PIN time or just before payment to review the sites and close accounts.
You should spend some time trying to report every single possible violation of the TOS. I here you can make a ton of money doing that. There are thousands of people who are NOT complying with the TOS. Report back when Google has banned them all.
All movie sites are not illegal like LuLu.com etc.But I find myp2p and many other sports sites also. May be Google list them but I do not know whether they comply with TOS of ADSENSE. Whether linking to these sites is also illegal?
not legal i think. it is because you don't have the copyright to the television show. you might be banned
