Downgrading from Business to Premier account possible

    Just wanted to know if it is possible ? or there is another way round to this if you have a business account can it be possible to come back to premier account ?

    You have to contact their support to downgrade. Click on support and search for downgrade account. The first or second option will bring you to a web form. After that it takes 2 - 3 days to downgrade. If you upgrade to business again, you will never be able to downgrade the account again.

    Yes, I would like to know as well, I have business account as well, but never really had any problems related to that.
    Though, would like to know your issues and reasons for downgrade.
