    anyway, some dell notebooks come with exploding batteries now (no hoax!) :D

    That has been on going problem with Dell for a couple of years now.

    Was just speaking with my Dell head friend and they did recievce a lot of calls on the bug hoax from concerned customers but no comments on what Dell had to say on it, seems they dont care really.

    they also had problems and callbacks for some hot power supplies some time ago. some guy in another forum just complained today that he never got any reply after he filled the website form to claim a new power supply last time.

    My personal favourite was the person who put their mobile next to their tower and when it got a text message sent the PC to "sleep"

    And Sony had a recall today for batteries which are causing fires :eek:
