    How much is a site like that worth?

    This need to depend on many factor such as PR of your forum and the most important thing is the quality of the post and the member.
    Price is around max 6x of the average monthly earning which turning into $1800.

    I beg to differ. For quality forums paying 12-15 times the monthly earnings is the norm.
