The time can be taken upto 5 to 7 days,
yes paypal will show you completed if they have complete the transaction but your banks holidays and rules matter in this situation.

try buy a payment processor and make direct creadit card payments. In this way you receive money directly in your bank account.

You can try alertpay.com, pretty quite popular, atleast for last year, but I havent heard of anyone using it so far this year. :p

Yes you can make use of many payment modes such as alertpay.com , moneybookers.com, and direct bank credit, so u can get the funds directly depositing in your bank account.

I meant that 2checkout you have to pay I think. Which one has no limitations on the account?

unfortunately it seems paypal is the most widely used.
alertpay is mostly just canada or accept buyers credit cards for 5 percent ! :/
moneybookers is limited, since no US buyers can use it.
i would say liberty reserve. you have to go through an exchanger to deposit/withdraw but it's safest, like no chargebacks possible.

edit: i think plimus is decent too. personally i have a paypal business, paypal personal, and one alertpay premier.
i'm from US and the only time my paypal was ever limited was when a seller told me to claim and cancel by 'unauthorized transaction'
    -.-

    good luck.

If you still prefer accept paypal while your paypal account is limited, then i would suggest you use swreg coz it can be used to accept paypal.

It should be fairly easy for you to get a merchant account and process credit cards & cheque/online banking payments independently.

    Also isn't moneybookers popular there?

You should have more than one payment processor, so your customers don't get turned away. A combination of Alertpay, 2checkout and Liberty Reserve should be good.
