    NEW: Unlimited pages allowed, but Google says that your sitemap should not be bigger than 10 MB

    My sitemap is about 4k pages and under a third of a meg. You have a long way to go before you hit 10megs.

    One of my clients hosts one of these as well. They had the suggestion of adding in a *.gz'ed version to download. I wanted to pass that along.

    When you create a sitemap, you must add the http:// protocol as well.
