    asking price is $45 not $450.

    what price you think is ok? website theme costs $60 or around it (i do not remember clearly but you can find on the net)

    Well.. this is a site that will expire within a month and you're probably selling it to avoid the domain renewal.

    A renewal costs 8 USD, isn't the site worth at least this much to you?

    well, man, i've spend $60 for the theme so i guess it's too cheap to accept $8 - i respectivly refuse.
