Hello guys, I am not a US resident and I am looking for working solution which would allow me to obtain additional plastic card to withdraw (yes, just withdraw, no verification is required) paypal funds to so i can cash out in nearest ATM. Please do not offer plimus/payoneer, since it is not working that way. Thanks.
Once you have been a member with paypal for 3 months of good history, you willl be offered a Debit card (this is based on US account) That debit card can give you access to your money, that same day vs waiting for 3 days for a transfer. I'm not sure about other countries, I'm sure it may be similar though.. unless you live in Nigeria or Indonesia.
nah, they do not offer any cards in my country. i was reading the dp forum earlier, and there are many offers where somebody is selling cards/ opening us bank accounts etc etc... but none of them seemed trustworth. So looking for tested solution here.

You should use paypal prepaid card, just transfer your funds to that card & withdrew your money from any ATM.
I am using a virtual credit card, which last for 2years. and I attached it to Paypal, and MB too. they provide monthly statements, and funding form my normal debit card. And Bingo.. they offer a plastic master card. you can use it anywhere in the world.
Hi - I used to have the same problem . I found moneybookers to be a great mode of payment - you can have funds in paypal - send it to a freelance site and withdraw to MB. Also you can get a prepaid visa card from another company and add it to your PP - OR you can get a prepaid paypal visa card from paypal , get it sent to the us address where you verified the PP account , and withdraw abroad
U can have a e-trade bank account and they will provide you with an international visa debit card. Just visit their site. give a search to Google. You will find all information there. Then just add the debit card in ur PP account. U r done. After getting ur debit card u can use any ATM to withdraw ur cash. Hope this will work for you.
I got E-trade card years ago, but I have never used it. I didn't realize it also works with PayPal...
