When redirecting a domain does backlinks get removed?

Hi guys i been having the following problem. i been building back links for my domain but google saw my site as www.gamehaxerz.com and none www. Well when i search back links it say that none www has 21 back links and www has 7. Amd 301 redirecting gamehaxerz.com to http://www.gamehaxerz.com so will all the backlinks from gamehaxerz.com be redirected to www.gamehaxerz.com? Or do i have to build all all the back links again as www.site.com?

 

how can i do that? that would be wonderful if it can be done.

 

you just simply adjust the .htaccess
you replace yoursite.com with your own.
When someone types in yoursite.com they will
be redirected to www[dot]yoursite .com

am doing a 301 redirection from mysite.com to www.mysite.com will that fix that page rank issued?

Using 301 redirection will preserve the backlinks and you need not build that again.

 

Okay but the backlinks i have are for none www. google is indexing my site twice since i thinks that www and none www are diffrent sites. my site is being index one more time as www.site.com so there are no backlinks for the www.site.com domain

 

If you focus in building and focusing for the www. then it should autofix. I know Google does but Yahoo in the other hand is bit slower. In my case never. Lol..
p/s- just at note the official example domain is www.example.com, note www.site.com or www.yourdomain.com
I see your username is indexed in www and without www. You should choose just one to make your site look more professional.

 

okay but when building back links should i build them from gaming sites or just really popular sites with high pagerank. also what does can you explain what does OBL Outbound Links mean

 

Get your links from related Web sites.

 

As Dan stated only build backlinks from related niches to your site as it has a better +ve effect on your site. This doesn't mean getting a link from unrelated site is bad just not that effective. Outbound links? Its the link thats from your site to other site or links that leaks your site's page's PR strength. Search for better info and reading.

 

Outbound links mean links that point to other websites.
