    revenue is minimul as I have not put google adsense or anything on it to date.
    Site is only a couple of months old and is doing well.

    Iv set the BIN to $250 for www.fanaddict.info

    I am trying to sell it before this weekend. PR is currently 0 - site was up after google updated their PR.

    I have used many PR predictors most say PR 3 will be reached next Google PR update.

    Please let me know.
