Give me a suggestion

Hi to all,

While I am searching in Google as site:mydomain.com it is showing some url start with '*' means *.mydomain.com.

I want to know what for this is coming and what is its effect on my sites?

If it is a problem please give a suggestion that how can I remove it?

Are you sure that there is no problem? As those URLs are not opening.

 

Do you have any subdomain associated with the domain?

 

Why not give us the domain in question so we can see what's occurring?

Actually i saw this type of problem first time,might happen if u have any subdomain with it .

 

Nope, I don't have any sub domain with it.

this is the url or check in google as site:widewebway.com????(Without ????)
and go to 2nd page of google you can know.

And to my all friends, I don't have any sub domain and I have checked eloquently and found nothing a domain like that in the web site.

Please give me suggestion...

 

i think * means to tell the multiple domain..

 

SVK, It appears as if you have multiple/duplicate links. Do you have dupes on your web server? Are there any .php files with the same name as the .html?

 

No, there is no duplicate links. But still facing the same problem.

 

It looks to me like a wildcard setting. You can place any subdomain name before .yourdomain and it will show your main page. Should be a htaccess or server configuration error.

 

Yaa...I think it can be a .htaccess file problem.
