well i posted some links to some good PR and dofollow social bookmarks but after a while i can't see any links from these sites exept folkd.
That is because they are useless links. It is an all to common misconception that methods like that actually work. Nigel

If these social bookmarking pages have no unique content it is very probable that they are not going to be listed in Google.
Social bookmarking links are considered "soft links" and really don't help much unless massive amounts of people are virally spreading your links (buzz). Don't focus on these or you'll be in the sandbox.
I too never get backlinks from social bookmarking sites listed under Google webmaster tools account. Maybe they are not that worty acc. to Google.

I got few backlinks for Google for social bookmark sites. I also believe social bookmarking will not help as a back link.
You have to wait for the links to be indexed. I usually fortify my backlinks with a few more backlinks to the backlinks. Usually, they're indexed in about a day or two. They count, and they are totally valid.
