hello, I provided services to a person and after dilevering the files the person claimed at paypal bcz he was scamming....I was using a paypal with vcc....I got balance negative...and the case is still opend....what do you think does paypal payed the person by his own and is waiting for me to load my account with $$....or they will pay the person once i load my account with $$....
Oh thts right but my question is that have they payed back to that person from there own pocket....or they will wait until i load it with the way that u told....
you means if the negative balance is $10 they will charge me more than 10 means 20 or 30 or 40 some thing like when i load $$ to my account... and did you get any of experience like this....
Paypal will wait for your funds. You can use out of spite a 2nd Paypal account so that the person who scammed you can't get the money.
fight for the case, you can provide information to paypal so that you can get back your money, like giving screenshot of the service you have made.
I suggst u to upload the screen shot to the Investigation officer of paypal explain whole issue in Brief PM me for more info
if feel sorry for you paypal is a scam; i sold an item to a person for 179pounds, but then the person wasnt happy with the item so he wanted a refund, he opened a case, but at that time i spent like 3pounds out of it.So because i spent 3pounds out of it paypal added an extra 100pounds now i owe they guy an extra 100 pounds.
Yes paypal really sucks. my blance is too negative and they are waiting for me to load the funds, but what if I never upload?
well, i was told this by another digital point member. i was unsure but i tried it and saved my self $33. in the dispute, add tracking info: digital product digital product already delivered and escalate it to a claim yourself. they gave my funds back and said to 'work with the buyer' heh. good luck !
