thats more than fair pricing anyway IMO and agree the getting out part is good for gym and having spotters too. i rememeber getting stuck at the bottom of a squat with 120kg screaming for my neighbour to come luckily he heard me and got it off me.
I don't go to the Gym, I tried to start doing this p90x workout and I did it for a couple days, and it is hard to get up the motivation to continue to do it.
im not very fond of the p90x if its that program i remember it to be. no offence ment by this post just from a personal trainers point of view.
business and other commitments can weigh down, but fitting in exercise is essential to staying healthy man.
Used to be very active at gym, but since the Gym management decided to have different timings for boys and gals, I have been not so regular. You see you need a driving force !
No girls - no gym and anyone who takes classes knows those gals can run just about any man into the ground by either there endurance or physicality not sure which but enjoy trying to keep up with them.
I am interested in going to gym, but due to time constrain and other works i couldn't go gym for past one year, i am thinking of doing the exercises in home, by getting me some thumbles and other low cost equipments.
but then your only working the same set of muscles mostly your triceps and pectorals and abs, you will end up with imbalances. pull-ups, proper dips, squats then progressing to one legged squats and so on make the routine more rounded.
YA i like to go gym me going in gym and do workout in 2 hours and i win many competitions. i have a great body.
