"Niche" means a specific industry. For example, "Dog Training" is a niche. So when I say create a niche product, I mean pay a ghost-writer to write your eBook for cheap, and then pay a graphic designer to make a simple minisite template and simply flip the site for profits.

You can go to a freelancer website and have someone from India(awesome jobs too) make you a website for $50, then that leaves you $150 for marketing
Why don't you use the money to make your site better thus it can bring more income. Else you can use the money to invest in stock.
