    very poor ads placement, try to put ads right bellow the heading of post. or between the posts.

    I think that you probably shouldn't have two wide skyscrapers both in your sidebar if at all possible. They really shove all your sidebars way down and make your page longer. Perhaps you should keep one of them and look to place an ad elsewhere?
